This is Jeny & Phil. In 2024, Vision returned more than $35 million in profit share payouts to our members. Jeny and Phil, owners of the Twin Butte General Store, got $1028. The popular stop en route from Pincher Creek to Waterton boasts a post office, general store, gift shop, live music venue, smokehouse and Mexican restaurant. Jeny and Phil put their share towards a holiday for the staff who keep the business running smoothly. Last year, they went to Mexico; the year before, Cuba. Jeny says they like to reward their dedicated staff. She also says they’re not hiring right now. (We asked.) What’s your share?
