  • Will I need to update to the new version of the mobile app?

    Yes. Once we release the new Vision mobile app, the old version won’t function anymore.  


    If you have auto-update enabled on your device, the app will update automatically. If not, you can install the updated app in no time. Just search for Vision Credit Union in the App Store or the Google Play Store or click on the links below to download.


    If your auto-update stalls, feel free to manually download the updated app using the instructions above.

  • What can I expect on my first login to the app?

    When you open the updated version of the app, it will launch a Quick Tour highlighting the changes and new features you can expect to find. 


    If you don’t want to watch this right away, select “Skip Tour” to start using the app. If you skip the tour, it will open the next time you launch the app. 

  • Will there be any service interruptions?

    Yes. Our online and mobile banking platforms will be unavailable between

    Sunday, June 12 at 10:45 pm until Monday, June 13 at 4 am


    Please complete any bill payments, transfers, or e-Transfers before the outage. Auto deposits will not be affected.


  • The Quick Tour launches every time I open my app. How do I make it go away?

    Don’t want to watch the Quick Tour at all? You’ll need to scroll through the entire Quick Tour and click “Done” at the end. Once you’ve done this, the tour won’t pop up again.

  • I’d like to review the Quick Tour. How can I see it again?

    Good idea. You can find the Quick Tour in your app. Click the More icon on the bottom menu bar, then select Information>Release Notes

  • Can I use Fingerprint ID/Touch ID or Face ID the first time I log in to the app?

    No. The first time you log in, you’ll need to sign in with your username and password. Once you’ve done this, your existing Fingerprint ID/Touch ID or Face ID will work for subsequent log ins. 

  • When I sign in to the app, I get redirected to a different sign-in screen. Is this normal?

    Yes. We have added security features that will redirect you to a secure sign-in portal. This will happen for the initial login and then every time you sign into the mobile banking app unless you have set up your profile for Fingerprint/Touch ID or Face ID. 


    Don’t want to be redirected every time? If you set up Fingerprint/Touch ID or Face ID on your profile, you will only be redirected to the secure sign-in portal the first time you log in to the app.


  • I forgot my username/password for my mobile banking login. What do I do?

    If you do not know your username or password, please use the Forgot Username or Password feature found on the App log in screen. 

  • Do I need to set up my profile picture or background app picture on my device?

    No. All your existing customization will remain.

  • Will I be able to use the updated app on my iPad?

    Yes! This version will be compatible with iPads.
